I got a matte topcoat, but it’s not quite as matte as I expected it to be. Does that even make sense?
Edit: The finish seems to be more satin than anything.

Using my Elmer’s glue basecoat for the first time with China Glaze Flying Dragon.
I love this color but the removal is the worst, so maybe I can wear it more often this way.
