Dear Apple tech support,

You’re doing everything wrong. I only have 90 days of phone support on an item I bought from you? Wow. I would set this Airport Express on fire and mail it back to you but NO ONE makes anything similar to it, so there’s no competition for you in that area.

Every tech support experience I’ve had with my MacBook and iPod has been fantastic, because you know users can always switch to another company. 

That’s not the case with the Airport Express, so your tech support blows for it AND it only works about half the time. A product doesn’t have to be good if it’s the first and only one on the market, because people still WANT it, and they hope one day you’ll make it better. Unfortunately that won’t happen until there’s competition. Someone please make a competitor to the Airport Express. So that I can turn my wired speakers and printer into a functioning wireless network without having to buy entirely new stuff. That would be awesome. I just want to play music from across the room and occasionally print some forms, but that’s not working right now.

Fuck you, Apple Airport Express.
